 Candle Making and Monk’s Blessing Tour –  Half Day Tour in Luang Prabang

Learn how to make candles and be blessed by a Laotian monk in Luang Prabang.

8.30am: Tour  departs from your accommodation. You will travel by tuk-tuk with your local tour guide to the ferry. Arrive at Monk’s Temple at Chomphet District. 

During your visit to the temple you will observe monks diligently crafting candles, culminating in an encounter where you will receive a blessing from a monk.

This activity is designed to give you the most authentic experience. You can also learn about the importance of Buddhism to the local people.

By choosing this activity, you will also be supporting the local community of monks.

11.30am: Return to accommodation.
